Real-Time Employee Benchmarking 'First'

October 7 2009

In the US, research technology firm eePulse has introduced an employee engagement benchmarking survey, which it says it the first to provide real-time research on what drives a firm's or individual's performance.

Using feedback from only 20 online questions, clients receive a report that classifies the percentage of their staff that is engaged, disengaged, or open to or resisting change. The report also contains details of those team members it considers high performers.

eePulse says the process provides an instant benchmark against all firms in a particular industry, as well as details about the highest and lowest performing organizations.

The survey can be personalized with custom questions, with open-ended questions categorized automatically. In addition, survey reports can be produced in multiple languages.

'The days of comparing today's data to an average of competitor data from one to five years ago is a thing of the past,' stated eePulse founder, President and CEO, Theresa Welbourne. 'Now, CEOs, HR managers and other team leaders can make decisions based on real-time data, take action and increase productivity and revenues quickly, easily and cost-effectively.'
