CSA Recruitment Launches Employer Branding Arm

In the UK, market research recruitment consultancy CSA Recruitment has launched an Employer Branding division, to help clients learn how to become employers of choice, while engaging and retaining their existing staff.

The new division comprises a team of experts in employer branding, talent acquisition and learning and development, who are trained to advise clients on how to handle candidates when they are recruiting and manage and motivate their employees once they are in place.

'Market research companies are brilliant at developing and building brands for their clients, but less aware of the importance of branding themselves as employers,' explained CSA Managing Director Caroline Steane. 'This has made it difficult and expensive for many research businesses to recruit and keep their teams resourced efficiently.'

The firm is predicting that next year there will be increased competition when recruiting experienced market researchers, and recommends that now is a good time for companies to consider improving their employee engagement strategies.
