EMANIO Links Predictive Analytics with Business Intelligence

November 20 2009

Business intelligence and data integration software firm EMANIO has developed two tools to help small and medium sized companies evaluate not just what has happened in the past, but also anticipate what's to come in the future.

CEO, KG Charles-HarrisThe firm's new Insight! predictive business intelligence tool analyzes data from a variety of sources, discovers trends, and predicts data patterns.

In addition, the Context! business intelligence reporting platform enables users to create charts, view reports and monitor dashboards. The tool supports more than 27 database types, and hundreds of chart formatting options, along with export options to PDF, Excel, Word and other file formats.

By offering both business intelligence and predictive capabilities, EMANIO says this gives businesses the foresight needed to proactively adjust to changing customer needs and behaviors, market dynamics, and risk.

Installations of these tools can be carried out in as little as an hour; without the need for IT specialists or integration services.

'Traditionally, enterprise business intelligence tools have done a great job at helping companies understand past events, but offered little insight to answer the really important question of what will happen,' explained CEO, KG Charles-Harris. 'We recognized this need and released tools that provide both traditional and predictive capabilities.'

Berkeley, California-headquartered EMANIO was founded in 1994 and has operations across the United States and in Europe.
