Maven Debuts 'Thinking Shed' Forum

November 30 2009

In the UK, Maven Research is now offering Discovery Research's online research solution 'The Thinking Shed', which it says enables deeper engagement with a target audience, and extends the window of engagement further before and after qualitative / quantitative events.

Discovery Research launched 'The Thinking Shed' in March, to enable respondents to comment online on stimuli such as photos, newsletters and web sites, while participating in chat forums and completing online diaries.

The tool also allows respondents to upload their own content, which provides them with the option to give their own views on a given subject.

Clients are able to observe the groups from any Internet location / device and provide feedback directly to the moderator, who is then able to ask further questions if required.

Maven Research specialises in automotive, financial services, business services and employee engagement research. The company recently developed a customer satisfaction measurement tool, to enable baseline scoring, benchmarking and thought tracking of companies in the professional services sector.
