Health Care Specialist Opens Research and Consulting Wing

US healthcare marketing services firm Cadient Interactive has launched a new practice, HATCH Consulting, to provide clients with services including market and user experience research to support their interactive campaigns.

Stephen WrayCadient Interactive is part of Cadient Group, and specializes in custom-created digital campaigns, tools, and services for healthcare and life sciences firms.

Its new division boasts a team of specialists who have worked with a wide range of healthcare and life sciences companies. Their aim is to enable pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device brands to reach their target audiences, produce measurable results and achieve their desired brand objectives through 'novel utilization' of interactive media.

The team is segmented into disciplines which align with clients' marketing needs, including: market development, mobile marketing, consumer RM, social/emerging media, program optimization/analysis, customer acquisition, user experience, creative execution and research insights.
