Motif – a US-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm that provides research and analytics, customer support and back office processing – is investing $2.5m in a new 500 seat service center in Costa Rica, to open in January.
California-headquartered Motif was founded in 2000 to offer a range of BPO services. Its online research offering includes competitive intelligence and benchmarking, key opinion leader research, and social media monitoring and analysis.
The Costa Rica center will form part of Motif’s network of global operations alongside Ahmedabad, India and Manila, Philippines, and will offer bi-lingual support in English and Spanish.
President and CEO Chris Meneze commented: ‘This is a significant milestone in our history – Our new Costa Rica center expands our international footprint and language capabilities, while positioning Motif for further growth.’
