VMS Expands Coverage

Media intelligence firm VMS has announced the broad expansion of its real-time media monitoring services to include Internet, web print, social media and web video.

The firm's existing solutions include AdSight, Vantage and its web-based media monitoring and management platform InSight. Recently-launched Vantage is billed as the first-ever integrated platform offering clients a view of the effects of PR on advertising, and vice versa, for their organizations and competitors, complete with correlations to business outcomes.

With the latest expansion, VMS clients will be able to conduct their own searches, and set up custom alerts, for content spanning all traditional and new media types; and to tap the company's team of editorial and analytics experts for the building of specific search profiles, review of coverage for relevancy and other tasks.

VMS says the announcement makes it 'the only company in the business intelligence marketplace able to deliver and analyze content from all major media sources, in near real-time, through a robust, user-friendly and uniquely-customizable software platform.'
