In the US, integrated marketing firm Paul Werth Associates is to acquire Huber+Company interactive, which specializes in online marketing, web and e-commerce development, social media integration, SEO and analytics.
The acquired firm was founded in 2003 by designer and strategist Bryan Huber, who becomes Werth's Chief Interactive Officer. Retaining the company name, his team will relocate to Werth's North High Street office in Columbus, where they will focus on integrating interactive marketing strategies into Werth's offer.
Werth President and CEO Sandra W. Harbrecht comments: 'We're thrilled to welcome Bryan and his team on board. We expect their unique talents to fuel our continuing growth through expansion of the interactive marketing services most desired by our growing client base.' Says Huber: 'We're excited to be joining a firm with Werth's heritage and vision. Together, we [can] help 21st century brands engage today's audiences across a diverse array of communications channels - from print and broadcast to digital and social media.'
Werth was founded in 1963 and has offices in Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois, with a web site at www.paulwerth.com .
