Research technology firm Voxco has appointed Juergen Hessdoerfer as MD of its German subsidiary Voxco GmbH. He will oversee Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Asia Pacific sales and operations.

Hessdoerfer has more than 15 years of technology leadership experience, focused on sales and management in the telecoms, contact centers and IVR self-service industries.

Canada-based Voxco specialises in applications for data collecting and processing. With a strong international presence in the US, France, Germany and UK, the firm works for market and social researchers, contact centers, institutions and major corporations.
