In California, renewable energy consultancy SolarVision Co. has announced the broadening of its practice areas to cover more emerging technologies and markets.
The firm already provides research, technology guidance and strategic business development services in solar, wind and other renewable energy sectors. It is now adding photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing support, solar technology roadmap services, micro-grid guidance for developing countries and ‘general alternative energy guidance’.
SolarVision also says it has added several new energy professionals to its global team. CEO and Founder Andy Skumanich, Ph.D. says the need for technology experts and business guidance is rising as the renewable energy sector continues to grow. He adds: ‘Our track record in both areas is strong and we are glad to be delivering tangible results to ambitious companies and visionary Governments.’
