QualityHealth Adds Insight-Driven Team

US-based online customer acquisition consultancy QualityHealth has formed a Marketing Strategy and Product Innovation team, hiring four senior execs. The new team wil broaden the firm's range of solutions for healthcare marketers.

The team will focus on developing solutions to brand and category issues, providing services including insight-driven strategy, customized solutions, analytics optimization and ROI measurement.

The four are Elaine Boxer, who becomes SVP, Marketing Strategy; Denise Esakoff, VP, Product Management; and Louis Sanquini, VP, Product Innovation - all previously QualityHealth clients; and Virginia (Ginger) A. Evans, Senior Director, Marketing Analytics.

Boxer has experience in marketing, media and strategy roles at companies such as Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Forest Laboratories and Astra Zeneca, and most recently at digital marketing agency Avenue A|Razorfish. In her new role, she will develop in-depth understanding of patient behaviour and decision-making, making use of the company's existing relationships with patients throughout the cycle of diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

Esakoff market research, analysis, product marketing and brand management experience comes from in-line pharmaceutical brand management and analytic consulting work at Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In her new position she will develop innovative solutions for clients marketing prescription brands to consumers.

Sanquini worked previously at GSK and Meda Pharmaceuticals and brings diverse experience of developing high impact solutions in consumer and physician marketing, strategic planning, sales and managed care. At QualityHealth he will help to launch innovative products, strategic solutions, platforms, and programs to drive patient acquisition for brand marketers.

Evans held measurement analytics and insights roles from inVentiv Advance Insights and Cephalon. She will now provide precise and in-depth strategic and tactical analytics to enhance clients' specific program performance and overall marketing intelligence.
