Springboard Names New Leader for India

IT specialist Springboard Research has appointed Frederic Giron as Vice President, India & Research Operations, responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company in the region.

Springboard has a global presence with research centers in Singapore, Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, the UAE, and the US.

Giron joins with 10 years' experience in consulting, custom research, market sizing and syndicated research. Most recently, he worked as Research Director at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) in Paris, where he developed market models and forecasting methodologies for software and IT services markets, and conducted numerous bespoke consulting engagements. Before this, he was an SAP Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Based in New Delhi, Giron's new role will also involve managing ongoing research projects, internal communications, management and team-building efforts.

He will report directly to CEO & EVP of Research, Dane Anderson, who comments: 'Springboard is extremely fortunate to have an analyst and executive of Frederic's caliber lead our Indian operations and join our international management team.
