Noble Returns to Tpoll for MD Role

In the UK, Barry Noble has returned to online research specialist Tpoll to take up the position of Managing Director, following a three year 'self-imposed exile' in Barcelona.

Barry NobleEstablished in 1999, London-based Tpoll offers online customer panels and market research using IT systems that are developed in-house.

Last year, the firm launched the Customer Journey Tracker, which analyses the build up of events that contribute to a customer's decision-making process.

Noble first joined Tpoll in 2004 as Research Director and was voted on to the Board of Directors shortly afterwards. In 2007, he moved to Barcelona, where he continued to work for the firm in a consultancy capacity. He was previously a director at NFO and Ipsos.

In his new role, Noble reports to CEO Mark Ursell, and has responsibility for the firm's online communities proposition, while working alongside Ursell to drive the overall strategy for the business.

'Barry has more than 17 years of research experience including eight years within the online arena, bringing a wealth of experience to Tpoll and our clients,' states Ursell. 'His on-going input and drive will be invaluable as we begin this new phase of growth especially with online communities, and we look forward to involving him in the strategic evolution of the company.'
