Healthcare Fieldwork Firm Launches in London

July 12 2010
In London, former Synovate Healthcare Directors Peter Boyle and Sarah Flinn have launched a new qual and quant international healthcare data collection agency, Adept Field Solutions.

Peter Boyle and Sarah FlinnBoyle and Flinn are well known within the industry and were instrumental in growing Fieldwork International prior to its acquisition and rebranding by Synovate. Boyle was most recently Global Field Services Director at Synovate Healthcare, and brings more than 20 years international healthcare research and fieldwork experience. He has recently launched new business services both in the UK and in several international markets.

Sarah joined the healthcare research industry in 1998, and has managed international and local projects across a broad spectrum of therapy areas. She led the set-up of Fieldwork International’s Online services division in 2002, and grew and developed its online business very successfully over a four-year period before moving to head up the UK division of Synovate Healthcare’s Field Services unit.

Adept promises research agency clients a seamless, high quality global fieldwork service with selected partners around the world.

Boyle says the new service ‘will stand apart from the competition in the attentive level of servicing it provides’, and adds: ‘We want to leave researchers to win work and impress clients, not worry about fieldwork. Our flexible approach means choice, so that depending on the scope of the project the most ideal moderator or best-suited panel is used.’

Flinn comments: ‘It’s a refreshing feeling to be truly independent, we have no ties to any one supplier which enables us to find solutions where others might encounter problems.’
