UK-based healthcare research specialist Adelphi Group and German healthcare comms consultancy ‘face to face GmbH’ have partnered to launch a new qual and quant agency – Adelphi Germany – offering healthcare and pharma research from its base in Cologne.
Adelphi Group has more than six hundred staff worldwide, at offices in Manchester, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Brussels, Barcelona, Cologne, Lyon, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Utrecht, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing and São Paulo.

The new agency Adelphi Germany employs a team of five, led by pharma research veteran Thomas Gleissner. The company offers a combined qual and quant approach, while working with face to face GmbH to provide customized recommendations beyond pure analysis.
In addition, the team specialises in providing local expertise and market knowledge to clients in German speaking countries.
Gleissner joins the start-up from medical and pharma market research specialist Consilium & Co, where he worked in a new business development role. Prior to this, he was a Board Member at LINK Institut für Markt- und Sozialforschung and GPI Kommunikationsforschung.
