Oregon, US-based CPG research firm InsightsNow, Inc. has promoted Jason McKerr to the role of Vice President of Information Services. Earlier this month, the firm announced revenue growth of 54% in 2009.
McKerr joined the firm in November 2007 and has led the Technical Support and Services organization through significant changes in the way the company conducts research, overhauling its technical infrastructure. President and CEO Dave Lundahl says the promotion reflects McKerr’s expanded role within the company, and comments: ‘Jason’s outstanding leadership and business practices have set the foundation for building greater support for our clients.’
Last year’s revenue figures cap five years of rapid growth: in that time InsightsNow has grown 995%, putting it top of the table among the 50 largest US-based marketing research firms. Lundahl, who founded the company in 2003, says he is thrilled with the continued success of its rapid delivery model for custom research: ‘In the past we were the best kept secret in the industry. That is no longer the case.’
