e-Dialog Adds Digital Marketing Trends Unit

US and UK-based e-mail marketing firm e-Dialog has launched the 'Centre for Digital Marketing Excellence', to provide clients with primary research and analysis of global online marketing trends and consumer attitudes.

John RizziEstablished in 1997, e-Dialog enables marketers to connect with customers via e-mail, mobile devices, social networks, e-commerce and at the point-of-sale.

The firm's Analytic Services team provides advanced tools to help clients pinpoint the most profitable audience segments and analyze campaign results.

Two new reports are available following the launch of the new centre. The first is 'Mainstream Your Mobile Marketing', providing a summary from a recent survey of more than 2,000 consumers in the US and UK. The second - 'Social Influence: Extending E-mail's Reach Through Social Media' - reveals how consumers prefer to interact with brands.
