AbsolutData Expands Across US

AbsolutData Research & Analytics has expanded in the US, with the appointment of Dana Hayman in Dallas, Laura DeYonker in New York, and Carol Franczek in Chicago, while Heather Kluter joins the firm's existing operation in Los Angeles.

Founded in 2001, AbsolutData employs nearly 200 staff based in its headquarters in the Bay Area of San Francisco and in operations located in Delhi, India.

Hayman takes up the role of Senor Vice President & General Manager - CRM Strategy and Analytics, with more than 17 years' consulting and analytics experience. During his career, he has held several leadership positions with companies such as multi-channel marketing provider ClickSquared and Epsilon. Earlier, he worked as VP, Strategic Business Analysis at Targetbase Marketing.

DeYonker joins as a Consultant with over 15 years of experience in retail and strategic consulting. For the past ten years, she worked at retailer Ross Stores; latterly as VP of Micro-merchandising. Prior to this, she held senior roles at McKinsey & Co and Sears.

Franczek, who joins as Vice President - Client Services, has more than 25 years' marketing, market research and general management experience. For the past three years, she has managed her own new product development consultancy, The Innovation Practice, prior to which she was President of InnoVenture Partners, VP at comScore, EVP at Paragren Technologies, and EVP at Information Resources Inc (IRI). Earlier in her career, she held senior positions with Kraft Foods and Clorox.

Kluter, who joins as Director - Client Services, brings 15 years' consumer insights, brand strategy and product development experience. Most recently, she was Manager of Consumer Insights and Product Strategy at Hyundai Motor, America, before which she held business development and market research roles at ChinaVu, Fleetwood Enterprises and The Verity Group.
