Synovate Hires Asian Automotive Leader

TNS veteran Klaus Paur has been appointed as Managing Director of Synovate Automotive in Korea and Greater China. He will take up his new post next January.

Paur joins with more than 20 years' marketing and market research experience, 15 of which have been gained in the automotive industry.

Since 2003, he has led the TNS Automotive research practice in China. He began his automotive research career in 1995 as a Senior Researcher for quant and qual ad hoc studies at Sofres (later known as TNS Sofres) in Paris. In 1997, he became responsible for leading international advertising effectiveness tracking surveys across Europe and Latin America, before relocating to Shanghai to take up his most recent position.

In his new role, Paur will be responsible for leading automotive market research in Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
