Customer Experience Firm Strativity Opens in Australia

In Australia, customer experience research firm Strativity has opened an office in Sydney, from which it will offer its services to clients in both Australia and New Zealand.

Lior Arussy         Alongside the new office, Strativity has operations in the US, Canada, and the UK, through which it advises clients on how to transform their strategies around the customer experience.

The company uses proprietary research tools, strategic analysis, business planning, and customer experience design to diagnose clients' state of readiness for customer centricity, identify experience gaps, increase cross-functional collaboration, and inspire employees.

Strativity's Sydney office will be headed by Brad Meehan, who before joining the firm, was Head of Customer Strategy at Bank of Queensland, and led the National Business Development and Client Management team at Professional Advantage.
