Kantar Adds Epidemiology Info for Mexico and Turkey

Healthcare specialist Kantar Health has expanded its online Epi Database platform, to enable users to access epidemiology data for commercial planning purposes in Mexico and Turkey.

The new 'Epi Database EM' solution, which adds to Kantar Health's existing coverage of epidemiology data in emerging markets through the Epi Database BRIC, will be integrated into the firm's Epi Database product, which supplies the pharma industry with global epidemiology information.

Clients use Epi Database to support major product decisions, such as market potential, go/no-go decisions, new revenue opportunities from existing products, and understanding untapped growth markets.

The new tool currently covers 26 indications in Mexico and Turkey, with more to be added by the year-end.
