Zabin Forms Technology Benchmarking Firm

In Evanston, IL, USA, former Aberdeen Group Vice President Jeff Zabin has formed a new firm, Gleanster, focused on research that benchmarks best practices in technology-enabled business initiatives.

Jeff ZabinThe firm's 'Gleansights' benchmark reports combine ongoing survey responses from a panel of tens of thousands of senior-level industry practitioners with input from a team of seasoned research analysts. Available for free download, the reports have so far covered Social Media Marketing, Social Media Monitoring, Customer Feedback Management and Online Customer Communities.

From 2007 until December 2009, Zabin served as VP and Research Fellow at Aberdeen Group, building the Customer Management Technology practice, leading various strategic initiatives and hosting the annual CMO Summit. Before this, he headed up product marketing and thought leadership for the Global Marketing Solutions division of Fair Isaac (FICO); was VP of marketing at Seurat Company; and worked on startup companies Digital Knowledge Assets and nMinds. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
