Online customer behaviour analysis firm Site Intelligence has received an unknown amount of equity funding from Oxford Capital Partners, while appointing Peter Ryan as Chief Executive Officer.
The firm, which has offices in the US, UK and Australia, measures customer behaviour on the web, mobile, call centres, and in-store through a database which records individual rather than aggregated data, and using a suite of analysis and data mining tools.
Ryan, who joined the Board in May, has been brought in to lead the company through ‘aggressive’ expansion plans that include entry into the North American market, adoption of greater client-focused operating strategy, and accelerated investment in its research and development portfolio.
He was previously Chairman and CEO of his own firm, laboratory information management provider InnaPhase. Before this, he spent many years as a senior exec within the contract research and pharma research and development sectors.
‘Peter Ryan has a proven track record of success at leading and growing technology companies,’ states Chairman Harry Wallaesa. ‘We expect our global expansion and investment plans to progress very deliberately under his leadership.’
