Indian Roll-Out for DIY Tool

In India, marketing research solutions provider Rightrack has launched 'Easy Research Pro', an online DIY business research tool which uses 'dialogue methodologies' to interact with respondents across geographies and time zones.

Binu ZachariahRightrack, which was established in Chennai in 2008, is staffed by a team of marketing research and IT professionals. The firm says its new tool can be used for moderating discussions, in-depth interviews, surveys, tests, polls and brainstorming sessions. Features include the facility to use audio visual stimuli, and a choice of synchronous and asynchronous options.

Versions of the tool are available for marketing and HR professionals - named Easy Research Pro-MR and Easy Research Pro-HR. The latter is specifically designed for conducting employee surveys, staff assessments, reviews, evaluations and skill tests.

Both are offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), with professional support available.
