iCharts Expands Software Capabilities

December 23 2010

US-based reporting software developer iCharts has updated its solution to provide support for a wide array of survey data such as Likert scale, forced ranking, multi-select and semantic differential.

Seymour DunckerFounded in 2007, the company operates from offices in Silicon Valley, USA and has teams in Munich, Germany and Pune, India. Its software is designed to make it simple to explore, create and distribute interactive visual reports from market research and survey data.

The firm's updated tool now supports all standard survey questions, and includes a zero aggregation engine which iCharts says automatically understands the structure of a survey, and processes the data without the need to create cross-tab tables.

Any type of survey data can be loaded into iCharts, and analysts can immediately begin to visually review the data, to reduce survey turnaround times. Complete support for global tracking surveys is included in the new release, providing automatic updates of charts and reports with every wave of new data. The firm says that this significantly reduces the time required to produce and update reports.

'We work closely with corporate research departments, market research firms and independent analysts to build solutions that radically reduce the amount of time needed to go from survey data to insight,' states CEO Seymour Duncker.
