QuantiSense Adds Store Analytics to Retail Solution

January 13 2011

US-based business intelligence (BI) provider QuantiSense has unveiled the latest version of its retail software, with analytics covering store conversion, average sale price, employee productivity and performance, and store comparison.

Jeff BuckWith Version 5.0, the 'QuantiSense Store Ops' module has been re-designed to help retailers take control of their labor costs by analyzing staffing and traffic data to optimize customer satisfaction and labor productivity. The tool can also be used to manage sales contests, identify busy and slow customer patterns at specific locations and more, and it features reporting and alerting via a range of mobile devices.

In addition, the new version offers a set of analytics specifically for the direct-to-consumer order management cycle, looking at demand, shipped sales and returns. This allows detailed analysis of back-orders and cancellations, to better understand customer satisfaction and reduce future cancellations and returns.

'Our new Store Ops solution is a culmination of our team's collective decades of retail industry experience, hundreds of store and client visits, and our unparalleled expertise in retail analytics,' states CEO, Jeff Buck. 'With the new software suite, we are significantly expanding our footprint and will continue working with our best-in-class retail customers to develop valuable new products and features.'
