Cint Launches Direct Service to Widen CPX Access

January 18 2011

Online sample exchange Cint has launched a new service to enable smaller business to access its Cint Panel Exchange (CPX) through plug-ins and third party software. The new 'Cint Direct' offering will be led by Stefan Hök, who joins as Senior Vice President.

Bo MattssonCint operates a hosted platform which allows companies to set up online communities of customers, consumers, businesses and specialist groups, for the purposes on online research. Its CPX provides an open marketplace where market research users can access individuals from 100s of online panels in more than 40 countries.

CEO Bo Mattsson (pictured) says the new service establishes a direct and automated channel, which once implemented in an Enterprise Feedback Management tool (EFM), will allow almost any sample to be bought from within the EFM tool itself. 'This bypasses all the manual interceptions that litter today's market research industry,' he adds.

Hök joins with a decade of experience in the software industry and Internet marketing fields, acquired at Internet marketing services firm Getupdated, where he worked as VP of Operations for Sweden, and at mobile transaction network mBlox, where he specialized in managing and developing worldwide online business solutions.

'Stefan's extended experience with transactional-based business in technology environments made him the perfect candidate for this job,' says Mattsson. 'I am looking forward to seeing his skills at work in developing this new channel.'
