BDRC Continental Hires M-Lab Co-founder

Graham Williams, co-founder of media specialist M-Lab Research, has joined London-based market research agency BDRC Continental as Research Director.

Graham WilliamsEstablished in 1991, the recently rebranded agency offers specialist expertise across a number of sectors including B2B, financial services, media and advertising, Internet and telecoms, government, not-for-profit and tourism.

Williams joins with more than 20 years' experience, which has included working clientside at British Gas and Eastern Electricity, and agency side with NOP, Gallup and RSGB/TNS.

He and former NOP Media colleague Louisa Livingston co-founded boutique agency M-Lab Research in 2004, and then sold the firm to research-focused marketing services group Munro Global in 2007. After the acquisition, Livingston joined EMI Music as Director, Global Consumer Insight, while Williams remained at M-Lab to lead the business.

In his new role, Williams will also introduce research for intellectual property litigation as a new area of expertise for the agency.
