Cint Expands Irish Panel Access

March 17 2011

Sample exchange operator Cint has increased the size of its Irish sample to more than 20,000 through the addition of RED C Research/ICM Newvista Live, Delve Research, and SensorPro consumer panels, as well as the student-focused W5 panel.

Stephen HughesCint operates a platform which allows companies to set up online communities of customers, consumers, businesses and specialist groups for research purposes. Its CPX (Cint Panel Exchange) provides an open marketplace where market research users can access individuals from hundreds of online panels in more than 40 countries.

The new panels complement Cint's existing Irish offer which consists of Europinions panels and the Habbo Youth Panel. Taking into account current growth and with further Irish panel deals in the pipeline, Cint expects its Irish panel base to reach 30,000 within the year.

'The combination of these locally owned and managed panels sitting on one platform will very soon give our clients the ability to sample from a pool of over 20,000 double opted-in, high quality respondents,' states Stephen Hughes, MD of Cint UK. 'For the first time, researchers have a credible alternative to reach Irish respondents either through our expert team or of course by utilizing our DIY sampling tools.'
