Frazer Joins SCB to Head Research and Brand Team

In London, trend-based marketing insights consultancy SCB Partners has appointed Margaret Frazer as its Senior Research Director, with responsibility for the development of research methodologies and a team of 18 research and brand professionals.

The firm, which was founded in 2002 by Tammy Smulders and Alice Bamford, employs a wide range of research methodologies and combines qual and quant data with knowledge from its Global Influencer & Opinion Leader Networks.

Frazer joins with more than 18 years’ research industry experience. Most recently, she served as Research Director of Cambridge Market Research, prior to which, she was Principal Consultant at economic and management advisor York Consulting, in charge of operations in its Edinburgh office.

For the eight years prior to this, she worked as Associate Director at Ipsos MORI Scotland, responsible for both social policy and corporate research. During her career, she has conducted UK and international consultancy work incorporating strategic marketing planning advice and implementation, and she also spent four years specialising in research within the food and drink sector.
