FreshMinds Finds New MD

UK success story FreshMinds has appointed Annette Müller as its new Managing Director, following the departure of Alistair Leathwood, announced last month.

Caroline PlumbLeathwood recently confirmed he is moving to Australian market research agency Colmar Brunton as Joint MD.

Müller worked most recently as an Associate at Oxford Strategic Marketing, on strategy and best practice programmes for global consumer brands. Before this, she was MD at Opinion Leader. Previous roles include UK Board member at Research International, senior positions in firms including agencies Kantar and Publicis, and food and drink sector clients United Biscuits, McVitie's and Diageo.

FreshMinds Research recently reported nine new appointments following 'record results' with turnover up more than 20% in the past six months.

CEO Caroline Plumb (pictured) comments: 'We were looking for a dynamic individual with solid commercial knowledge and proven skills in delivering excellence to clients. Annette is all these things and more. We are delighted she has joined FreshMinds Research.'

The company is also undertaking a brand repositioning, under the motto 'Great research is only half the story'; rebranding its visuals; and launching a new consultative business process, the Engagement Model.
