Sweeney to Lead Cross-Tab Operations

Research services provider Cross-Tab has expanded its US team with the appointment of former Research Now VP Terry Sweeney as Vice President Operations and Client Services, in charge of its global data collection operations.

Cross-Tab provides a range of research and data analytics solutions including operations, secondary research and paneling services. The firm recently opened a new 300 seat office in Goregaon, in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

Sweeney joins the San Jose, CA-based team with 15 years' online market research leadership experience. He joins from Research Now, where he worked in a number of leadership roles in both the US and EMEA. Prior to this he was Market Research Manager at WebEx Communications, and Senior Director of Research and Operations at Survey.com.
