CMI Partners to Enhance Web Insights Portal

Atlanta-based researcher CMI has enhanced its Web Insights Navigator (WIN) portal by integrating it with the analytics and reporting platform of SaaS provider MarketSight.

Based in Cambridge, MA, MarketSight offers SaaS-based data analysis and reporting solutions for researchers and analysts.

The enhanced WIN portal provides secure access to and analysis of survey data, and report production, to clients at three levels of proficiency: WIN Manager for easy online access to key information via a CMI project manager; WIN Analyzer for quick, intuitive cross-tabulation for somewhat more experienced users; and customized knowledge platform WIN Enterprise which gives a full range of analytical and graphical display options along with enterprise-wide dissemination.

Laura Caraway, CMI's SVP of Operations says the enhanced product 'puts the power of research into the hands of clients'.
