van Loon Heads New Dapresy Client Team

September 13 2011

Survey reporting and distribution company Dapresy has formed a new global support operation, headed by former Kantar exec Raymond van Loon as Senior After Sales Manager.

Raymond van LoonDapresy helps clients throughout the research process from data collection through to the development of action plans. It also enables organisations to gather all their survey-based business information and other data into one central location.

The new operation aims to provide clients with assistance regardless of their time zone. van Loon (pictured) joins with more than 20 years' market research industry experience. Most recently, he worked at Kantar Operations as a Business Analyst, prior to which he held senior communications, quality and online strategy roles at Infratest, NFO and TNS.

In his new position based in Dapresy's office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, van Loon is responsible for growing and enhancing the firm's global customer services, including support, training and documentation.

CEO Torbjörn Andersson comments: 'Dapresy plans to employ more industry leaders so that we can keep supporting our clients worldwide and further improve the services we offer them.'

Separately, Dapresy has launched 'StoryTeller', a module which enables market researchers to create online dashboards, or storyboards, through which to present research results. Users can place multiple charts, snippets of text, YouTube clips, images or anything relevant to 'telling a story' on the tool's single web page, and set filters from drop-down menus to create different versions of the storyboard for different countries.

Once complete, the storyboard can be exported to PowerPoint or combined with other market research data and data feeds.
