Chime Hires Former Post Office Strategy Head

UK research and comms group Chime has appointed former Post Office customer analysis leader Pam Clark as Research Director in its CIE division, further strengthening its quant financial services offering.

The CIE Group (Chime Insight and Engagement) includes Opinion Leader Research, Facts International, acefieldwork, CaucusWorld, Naked Eye, Brand Democracy and Tree.

Clark joins from Post Office Ltd, where she held a number of senior positions including Head of Customer Strategy, and oversaw customer segmentation, complaints monitoring and market and competitor intelligence. From previous work in accounting and corporate finance at PwC and Midland Bank/HSBC, she brings particular expertise in financial services.

CIE Chief Executive Crispin Beale, a former colleague of Clark's, comments: 'Pam's background and experience - in particular her strength in financial services and customer experience - is a great fit with the business. She is an extremely talented individual and we're delighted to have her on board.'
