Allied Integrated Marketing Buys 87AM

US agency Allied Integrated Marketing has acquired an 'ownership stake' in creative marketing specialist 87AM, which offers a range of capabilities such as platform development; app creation; and data mining, capture and visualization. Terms were not disclosed.

Clint KendallHollywood, California-based Allied provides expertise in market research, promotions, media placement, creative services and social media from its network of 21 offices in the US and Canada.

Located in New York, 87AM uses a proprietary suite of analytic tools to measure the effectiveness and reach of its campaigns for clients in the entertainment, fashion and pharma sectors. Its founder and CEO Adam Cunningham now takes on the role of Senior Vice President, Digital, for Allied Integrated Marketing as part of the deal.
