uSamp Launches Free DIY Survey Platform

October 26 2011

In the US, online sampling and technology company uSamp has launched a free self-serve platform offering unlimited authoring and data collection with optional use of the company's 6.5m panellists.

The new product, SurveyBuilder is described by the company as having 'no subscription fees, no contracts, no hidden fees and no middlemen.' Users can script and conduct unlimited surveys by using their own database of respondents or use uSamp's targeted sample on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Features of the new platform include pro-forma questions and logic; standardized thank you and terminate pages; links to social network sites; and real time analysis, reporting, exporting and online sharing of results.

Gregg Lavin, uSamp Co-founder and President said: 'Most online survey tools charge monthly service fees for use of their platform. Due to uSamp's network of high-quality and targeted survey respondents, we simply don't need to charge users for authoring surveys, publishing those surveys to their own websites, social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter, or wherever they engage their own audience. SurveyBuilder is a 'best-of-breed' survey platform - with powerful tools for survey authoring and targeted survey respondent buying.'

Founded in 2008, the company has 200+ employees worldwide and is based in Los Angeles, with offices in Dallas, London, New Delhi, and Trumbull, CT.
