In the US, consumer strategy firm Insight Research Group has promoted Sarah Chumsky to the newly created position of Vice President, Insight Kids, serving as ‘thought leader’ for the design and implementation of all research and consulting among children.
Founded in 1998 and based in Tribeca, NYC, the company offers qual and quant services across a number of sectors. Its Insight Kids division conducts research studies to inform the development of youth brand strategies for consumer products, TV shows, movies, web sites, games and books.
Chumsky joined in 2005 as Manager, and has subsequently served as Senior Manager and Associate Director. Most recently, she was Director of Insights Kids.

Earlier in her career, Chumsky was a freelance writer/producer and kids’ media consultant, and also served as Head Writer and Technology and Education Producer at Oxygen, and as International Producer at Nickelodeon’s ‘Blue’s Clues’.
