Plum Voice Upgrades Survey Platform

November 7 2011

In the US, IVR and survey utility specialist Plum Voice has announced a new version of its multi-modal data collection platform Plum Survey.

The new version is cloud-based and employs a single authoring tool to create surveys and collect data by phone, web, mobile devices or social media.

The company says version 1.7 should 'increase data collection rates' while 'improving the quality and accuracy of information gathered from respondents via automated phone surveys.' New features include improved transcription for open-ended questions; new question verification features; new logic tools; an outbound sample feature and better integration with social media sites.

Andy Kuan, Plum Voice CEO, says: 'With the platform's new enhancements and features, collecting actionable data from respondents has never been easier. Market researchers can now easily create and deploy any type of survey over the phone, web, mobile device or social media website.'

Plum Voice is headquartered in New York and has further offices in Boston, and Denver.
