Ipsos and Survey Analytics Link for Mobile Panel

In the US, Ipsos Loyalty has partnered with research software specialist Survey Analytics, to offer clients mobile panel capabilities.

Ken PetersonTo be known as the 'Ipsos Loyalty Engagement Panel Mobile Network', the new service uses Survey Analytics' range of mobile market research tools - including Survey Swipe and Survey Pocket apps for mobile panels and in-person data collection. The network enables clients to recruit mobile research panels 'by invitation only'. Panelists are sourced from the customer databases of partner companies across a wide range of sectors such as financial, grocery retail, travel and entertainment companies.

Panelists can provide qual feedback on ideas, or receive surveys based on their location using QR-code technology. Additionally, the network provides a platform through which panelists can talk to each other or vote on each others' ideas.

COO Ken Peterson says the launch is 'another way Ipsos Loyalty is staying on the forefront of innovation'. He adds: 'We evaluated the best mobile survey technology available in the market, and it was an easy decision to partner with Survey Analytics.'
