Synovate Partners for Shopper Monitor

Synovate Retail Performance (SRP) has partnered with Norwegian shopper tracking specialist Track & Trace, to provide retailers and brand owners with a behavioural solution for monitoring customer experience and satisfaction.

Peter Luff and Jøran EngerSRP provides footfall monitoring and behavioural analysis systems, while Track & Trace offers technology solutions for measuring customer flow and shopping behaviour.

Peter Luff, MD of Synovate Retail Performance, describes the partnership as a 'perfect match' and notes that his firm already has a growing worldwide distribution channel in place, spanning North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Jøran Enger, CEO of Track & Trace, says the agreement will provide his firm with a cost effective way of reaching out to a larger international market.
