OpinionPanel Rolls out New Youth Omnibus Services

November 24 2011

London-based OpinionPanel has launched two new omnibus services in the UK - the first covering young professionals in their first five years after leaving university and the second covering those aged between 16 and 24.

Ben MarksThe firm's specialist panels now cover students, university applicants, young people and young professionals, with panellists recruited through a relationship with UCAS, the University and Colleges Admissions Service.

Its new Young Professionals and All Youth panels will sit alongside the firm's existing Student omnibus of undergraduates at universities across the UK, with panellists receiving a minimum of £1 for participation in each survey.

All three omnibus services run weekly online among 1,000 respondents, with clients buying a minimum of three questions and using the data for a variety of studies - from quick polls or reaction to news events, to brand health checks.

MD Ben Marks comments: 'Our Student omnibus has been very successful - we've run it most weeks for the past seven years. Young Professionals are a group of particular interest to our clients, and those aged 16+ are obviously a very interesting group for both social policy researchers and marketers. All respondents in our omnibuses belong to our high quality, fully managed panels, where they are generously rewarded for their time.'
