BLiNQ Expands Team in Boston, Opens in Chicago

US social media ad technology firm BLiNQ Media - which delivers Facebook advertising results combined with real-time audience insight - has expanded its leadership team in Boston while opening a new office in Chicago.

Andrew Wheeler and Jay FreshwaterHeadquartered in NYC, BLiNQ provides campaign planning, management, optimization and analytics via its BAM platform (BLiNQ Ad Management). Last month, the firm appointed Daniel Upton and Adam Rice - the founders of social media analytics firm Looxii - as User Interface/Data Visualization Engineers in its Atlanta office.

As part of its management team expansion, Andrew Wheeler has joined President/COO John Tawadros in the Boston Office as EVP of Professional Services, with responsibility across all BLiNQ offices. Most recently, Wheeler worked at digital marketing agency iProspect as Client Services and Operational Leader.

Online ad industry veteran Jay Freshwater joins the firm as Midwest Managing Director, with responsibility for the new Chicago operation. He joins from Weather.com where he was VP, Midwest Ad Sales. In his new position, Freshwater will focus on building partnerships with ad agencies across the region.

BLiNQ Media CEO Dave Williams says the two new arrivals are 'seasoned, extremely well-connected veterans with tremendous track records of producing breakthrough customer results and service.'
