MediaBrix Raises $4m for Ad and Analytics Platform

In New York, social media advertising and analytics firm MediaBrix has raised $4m in a series B investment. The funds will be used to develop its suite of tools, which help marketers to deploy, monitor and optimize their campaigns across apps, games and social media sites.

Ari BrandtFormerly known as Smartclip, the MediaBrix platform provides a suite of products - including Social Flex, Social Views and Social Pulse - for creation, buying, optimization and measurement of social media advertising. The latest funding has been led by Edison Ventures, whose Principal Ryan Ziegler and CEO of Operative Mike Leo will join the MediaBrix Board of Directors. Earlier this year, the company raised $1.5m in an A round, led by Revel Partners.

Bolstered by this additional funding, we plan to expand the sales force and continue to build out our social media platform with proprietary products such as our high-performing SocialFlex.'
