Beth Kribs-LaPierreFounded in 2007, Boston, MA-based Brand Networks describes itself as equal parts strategic consultancy, creative boutique and web developer. Its ‘social toolbox’ includes a Facebook-connected private community called Social Buzz, containing a set of word-of-mouth and research campaign management tools.

Kribs-LaPierre spent the last two years at Kodak as the firm’s Chief Listening Officer (Digital Intelligence+Analytics), responsible for the development and implementation of the processes and technologies that manage the collection, analysis and presentation of digital data. This included measurement of interactive marketing programs and conversation analysis to uncover insights that drive product innovation.

Prior to this, she worked as Digital Brand Strategist at ITX Corp, where she used digital, primary and secondary data to analyze the identity and behavior of target customers. Earlier she was founding Editor of ‘Fuel Your Branding’, and held senior brand strategy roles at the AdWorkshop and K2.

In her new role, reporting to CEO Jamie Tedford, Kribs-LaPierre will collaborate with the firm’s engineers to structure technologies to provide clients with insights and key performance indicators, and she will lead the design of Brand Networks’ analytics suite and work towards standardizing analytics across the firm’s ‘Story Amplifier’ toolset.

Tedford comments: ‘Social intelligence and analytics are at the core of everything we do, and this hire reflects our focus on the collection, analysis and presentation of social media data to measure and optimize our clients' Facebook marketing programs. Beth will help Brand Networks, and our clients, capitalize on social analytics data and support the bottom line.’
