Peppers & Rogers Integrates with iKnowtion

US-based management consulting firm Peppers & Rogers has expanded its consulting practice by incorporating marketing analytics services from iKnowtion, which was recently acquired by parent firm TeleTech.

Orkun Oguz and William DuffyiKnowtion - a part of customer engagement technology provider TeleTech since February, offers industry knowledge combined with an analytic approach, to provide clients with marketing insights. Peppers & Rogers says the new merger will allow it to offer services to help clients optimize marketing spend and grow customer wallet share, as well as churn reduction analysis to improve retention.

Managing Partner Orkun Oguz explains: 'For two decades, customer data and analytics have been central to our strategy work. The acquisition of iKnowtion provides us with increased scale and expertise at a time when our clients' need for data-rich insight is accelerating.'

iKnowtion CEO William Duffy says that as part of the Peppers & Rogers Group team, the company is in a stronger position to further integrate analytic insights into customer strategy.
