Socialbakers Launches Influencer ID Tool

Czech-based analytics firm Socialbakers has launched a new tool to enable clients to identify, engage and track their most important influencers across Facebook and Twitter, while monitoring their competitors.

Jan RezabLaunched in 2008, Socialbakers' analytics platform measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all major social networks. After raising $2m in venture capital funding last October, the firm acquired Social RSS, a feed reader app for Facebook, and opened an office in San Francisco.

With the new Analytics PRO tool, users can select the Facebook Pages or Twitter profiles they want to monitor, and access competitive analysis and campaign performance from a single, graphics-based dashboard.

Additionally, the tool can analyze a single page or compare multiple brand pages on the same screen, while identifying and monitoring a brand's most active and influential fans, including their posts, comments and activity based on public data.

CEO Jan Rezab says the tool will help clients to understand how to provide the content users want and to develop 'the most meaningful and conversion-driving content'. He adds: 'Without social analytics focused on user engagement, companies are practically throwing their investments in the garbage.'
