Incepta Launches LinkedIn Qual Tool

April 20 2012
In the US, web and mobile app development firm Incepta has launched a new platform called AskYourUsers.com, through which businesses can obtain feedback from those LinkedIn professionals prepared to act as anonymous online consultants.

Amelia DunneAskYourUsers uses proprietary LinkedIn demographic matching technology to create a network of consultants for businesses conducting online research. Organizations can use the platform to request feedback from people who use specific products, services and software, or from those with unique hobbies, or expertise in specialized fields.

Anyone with a LinkedIn account can become a consultant at AskYourUsers.com, and get paid to provide feedback at an hourly rate which they define.

Using a questionnaire format, LinkedIn members can provide feedback via screencast or written answers. Businesses receive a redacted profile of each consultant they hire, with company names and personally identifiable information removed.

AskYourUsers.com demographic filters are customizable by businesses and include age, gender, location, computer proficiency, industry, job title, and other keywords or requirements as required.

Co-founder Amelia Dunne (pictured) comments: ‘The flexibility and targeting of AskYourUsers.com enables businesses to conduct qualitative online research quickly and cost-effectively. We are leveraging widely used social technology to simplify the current inefficient process used to validate ideas, conduct usability tests, hold focus groups, and collect opinions from specific target audiences, while also making it easy for people to get paid for their feedback.’
