Tree Takes a Bough in Asia with IMImobile Partnership

May 3 2012

UK-based insight and analysis firm Tree has partnered with mobile data technology provider IMImobile, to offer a suite of customer insight solutions to mobile operators, brands and organisations across Asia.

Matthew BayfieldTree, which is owned by Chime Communications, uses a combination of market research and data analysis to uncover what consumers are thinking and doing, and also offers usability testing.

The partners will develop a suite of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, designed to interrogate and draw insight from big data, and help clients better understand consumer behaviour - including analytics, campaign planning, customer engagement strategies, multimode campaign delivery, and evaluation and insight.

Tree's Managing Partner Matthew Bayfield (pictured) explains: 'IMImobile has a strong footprint across Asia, with unrivalled mobile operator relationships. We are delighted to enter a formal relationship with the company, to help companies identify, explore and take advantage of new business opportunities to reduce churn and increase the share of the customer wallet.'
