UK-based reputation analysis specialist Echo Research has promoted Ben Lloyd and Sam Knowles to Joint MDs, allowing CEO and founder Sandra Macleod to focus on growing global client relationships and operations across parent company Ebiquity.

Media and marketing analytics firm Ebiquity acquired Echo’s parent company TCRG Holdings Limited last year, in a deal worth an initial £3.5m in cash, and up to £10m based on performance over two years.

Echo, which has offices in London, Godalming, New York, Paris and Singapore, is now Ebiquity’s Reputation practice, sitting alongside Media, Advertising Intelligence, Effectiveness and Digital divisions.

Lloyd, who joined Echo more than five years ago, leads the Consumer and Technology sectors, while Knowles joined last September as Integrated Services Director, providing the link between Echo’s reputation and research work and the services of parent company Ebiquity.

In their new roles, Lloyd will run Echo UK’s operations and delivery, while Knowles is charged with leading business development.
